* Fix updating of existing file filter

* Update findFiles() to properly apply filters, sort order / direction, etc.
* Properly persist hash tags @ file entry persist
* Lots of improvements / additions to MCI for upload/download, etc. stats
* Persist processed entries @ upload (WIP, but close!)
