* Converted all MCI keys in menu.json/etc., e.g. BN1ET2 -> BN1ET2
* Fix regression with prompt loading

* Menus and prompts in better harmony
* Very eary WIP of converting login/apply/etc. to new system. These can now be helper scirpts and not full MenuModules (very simple!)
